Returns and Exchanges

We are a small, local business that has weekly new arrivals. To operate this way, we need returns back pretty quickly so let us know right away if something doesn't work for you. 

Items are eligible for return within 10 days of the delivery date. We accept returns on items in their original condition with tags still attached. Unfortunately, after the 10 days, we are not able to accept the return. Email elle@bydottie.shop to initiate the return.

For shipped orders, there’s a $5 shipping fee deducted for refunds to original payment method OR you will receive the full credit amount if selecting store credit. Shipped orders must be postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date for a refund/store credit. 

For local delivery orders, you can return it to my porch yourself for full refund or store credit. It must be returned within 10 days of the delivery date.
